Improves trailer safety
It’s legally required for tow loads greater than 2,500kg to be fitted with electric brakes. The Alloy Trailers 750 Electric Credo Override Brake System allows you to install electric brakes onto your Alloy Trailers 750 tandem axle trailer. The brakes are connected directly to your car brake signal and increase the safety of your trailer. If the coupling unhitches, a cable disconnects and the override brakes kick in to bring the trailer to a halt. The unit uses hydraulic brake lines to control the calipers.
