Reliable fish-finding performance

Whether you’re a commercial fisherman, charter captain or tournament angler, there’s a new game in town ready for some action. And the new Airmar TM 265 Transom Mount Broadband CHIRP Transducer is the one you can rely on for the ultimate fishing mission.

Specifically designed for small boats, Airmar’s new CHIRP transducer uses a precise sweep pattern of many frequencies within a long-duration transmit pulse from a broadband transducer. This means the equivalent sound energy transmitted into the water is 10 to 1,000 times greater and more precise than a conventional marine fish finder. Now you can easily distinguish between individual baitfish, game fish and underwater structures.

The Airmar TM 265 Transom Mount Broadband CHIRP Transducer is engineered with ceramics designed to operate over a broad range of frequencies with no sensitivity loss. Now you can detect specific fish species accurately when tuning the transducer to specific frequencies. The combination of the CHIRP technology, the broadband transducer and your fish finder’s digital signal processing (DSP) results in dramatically more precise fish and bottom detection, superior depth capability and significantly better performance at speed.

Mix and Match
Be able to use different fishfinder units conveniently without the need to replace your transducer. The Airmar Mix and Match sytem is a simple plug and play solution that lets you use a generic Airmar transducer with different fishfinder manufacturers' connectors. No need to buy and install a new transducer unit just to match your fishfinder! This system can also be used to replace lost or damaged cables. So if you're using fishfinders of different brands, the Airmar Mix and Match Transducer Cable System is the way to go.
