The Abel Vertical Anchor Windlass with Capstan is a heavy-duty anchoring solution for powerboats and sailboats. Its vertical design keeps deck space clear, while the built-in capstan (warping) drum provides extra flexibility for anchoring and general line handling.
Constructed from 316 stainless steel, the rope and chain gypsy delivers smooth, reliable control when lowering or retrieving your anchor. A multi-fit marine-grade alloy gearbox and high-torque 1600W motor ensure consistent performance under extreme load. Suitable for use with 8-10mm DIN766 chain and 18-20mm rope.
