The Abel Vertical Anchor Windlass with Capstan is an ultra-powerful anchoring solution for powerboats and sailboats. Its vertical design keeps deck space clear, while the built-in capstan (warping) drum provides extra flexibility for anchoring and general line handling.
Constructed from 316 stainless steel, the rope and chain gypsy delivers smooth, reliable control when lowering or retrieving your anchor. A multi-fit marine-grade alloy gearbox and high-torque 2000W motor ensure consistent performance under the most demanding loads. Suitable for use with 10-12mm DIN766 chain and 20-26mm rope.
