The Reel
The Shimano Baitrunner 8000 D Spinning Reel features a Propulsion Line Management System, Varispeed Oscillation and Fluidrive II gearing for controlled line handling and smooth operation. Its graphite frame and sideplate, machined aluminium handle, waterproof drag and Dartainium II drag washers complement the Baitrunner system, while S A-RB bearings provide corrosion resistance. The 8000 size, 20lb maximum drag and 295yds of 40lb PowerPro capacity suit a range of boat fishing applications.
