The Shimano Ocea Conquest 300HG Dialuna Inshore Medium Baitcasting Combo pairs a 300-size overhead reel with a 6ft 10in two-piece baitcast rod rated for 8-38g lures and PE 1-3 line. The Ocea Conquest 300HG combines smooth winding with strong cranking power, while the Dialuna B610M features a lightweight, responsive construction suited to inshore lure fishing.
The two-piece rod is suited to a range of inshore lure applications and is easier to transport and store.
The Reel
The Shimano Ocea Conquest 300HG Jigging Reel combines MICROMODULE II gearing, a rigid HAGANE Body and Infinity Drive for smooth winding and cranking power. X-Protect helps improve water resistance around key internal areas, while the Fall Lever provides controlled adjustment of jig descent speed. The level-wind system releases line in a straight path to support smooth jig movement during the fall.
The Rod
The Shimano Dialuna Inshore Medium Baitcasting Rod combines Spiral X and Hi-Power X construction for a lightweight, responsive blank with increased strength and torsional rigidity. The Carbon Monocoque rear grip reduces weight and enhances vibration transmission, while the CI4+ reel seat adds to the rod's lightweight construction.
At 6ft 10in with an 8-38g lure rating and PE 1-3 line rating, this two-piece baitcast rod is suited to a range of inshore lure applications.
